1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 777taka (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777taka website at https://777taka.club, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the 777taka platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full, and you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1.1 Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 777taka platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777taka makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in any specific location outside the platform's intended operational territory.

1.2 Changes to These Terms

777taka reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice, although material changes will be communicated via a platform notification or email to registered players. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Language of Agreement

The official language of this Agreement and all communications between 777taka and the Player is English. All support queries, dispute submissions, bonus claim requests, and account correspondence must be submitted in English to be processed by the 777taka support team.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services offered by 777taka — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the conditions set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 777taka, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from using 777taka under any circumstances.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where your participation would expose 777taka to legal liability.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or immediate family member of a 777taka employee or contractor where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed on the 777taka platform or imposed externally — that remains in effect at the time of registration or during account use.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 777taka platform at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other identifiable link — is strictly prohibited. If 777taka identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any pending or available balances across all linked accounts without prior notice.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 777taka will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the 777taka support team immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, withdrawal of winnings, and permanent closure of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

777taka supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players based in Bangladesh and across South Asia. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or Indian Rupees (INR) depending on the currency selected at account registration.

All deposits made to your 777taka account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating source minus any applicable transaction fees incurred by 777taka. 777taka reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund an account before processing a withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before the first payment is released. Once your KYC documents have been approved, subsequent withdrawals are processed within the timeframes set out in the table above, subject to the withdrawal method selected.

3.4 Currency

The primary operating currency of 777taka for Bangladeshi players is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Indian Rupee (INR) is also supported natively for South Asian players who prefer to transact in INR. No hidden currency conversion fees are applied by the platform; however, your payment provider may apply their own exchange or transaction fees, for which 777taka accepts no liability.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

777taka operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of AML checks. Any account found to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be permanently closed and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

777taka offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a 777taka account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and qualifying deposit threshold will be stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, one per IP address, one per device, and one per payment method.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 777taka account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account automatically.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

777taka actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets that cover multiple outcomes to reduce wagering exposure, using bonuses from multiple accounts to exploit the same promotion, and systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777taka reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the player's account.

4.4 Seasonal & Recurring Promotions

777taka regularly runs promotions tied to cricket seasons (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Ramadan specials), and platform milestones. Each promotion will carry its own set of eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, and validity periods. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot, crash game, and arcade game activity conducted on the 777taka platform. By placing any wager, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 777taka are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where 777taka explicitly offers a cash-out facility for the relevant market. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet. 777taka reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error, notifying the affected player and returning the stake to their account.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered for selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any time by the 777taka trading team. Any bet placed during a period of suspension — including bets that were processing at the moment of suspension — will be voided and the stake returned. 777taka accepts no liability for any technical delay between an in-game event occurring and the resulting odds update.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on 777taka — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and arcade titles — use independently certified software from licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and JILI Games. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective studios and reflect the long-term theoretical return of each game over millions of game rounds.

5.4 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or communication failure that interrupts a game round or bet settlement, 777taka will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the state of play at the time of the error and resolve the bet accordingly. Where a reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. No additional compensation is payable in respect of system errors.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 777taka, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following obligations apply to all players at all times.

6.1 Your Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interactions.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share access to your account with any other person.
• Notify 777taka immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform for personal recreational purposes only — not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• Not use VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by 777taka.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777taka platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Creating or operating more than one player account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or conduct any other account activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — whether in casino games, sports betting markets, or the platform's payment processing system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct towards 777taka staff or other players.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits made to 777taka.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 777taka account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 777taka will process the closure within 48 hours and return any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) via your registered withdrawal method.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 777taka

777taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 777taka has reason to believe that a player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• A player's account is subject to a chargeback dispute initiated by the player's bank or payment provider.
• 777taka is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 777taka platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and, once applied, cannot be reversed before the expiry of the chosen period. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777taka's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to 777taka in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

777taka shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or any other cause beyond 777taka's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and match previews.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8.2 Force Majeure

777taka shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 777taka's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications outages, or the failure of third-party service providers (including payment processors and game studios).

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 777taka and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform in breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.
